For a slower 2nd quarter in Apalachicola this year, Apalachicola Homes Realty had two notable sales. These were "sleeper sales" for my Buyers, and both parties were more than satisfied.
64 15th St. in Apalachicola's historic district had been on the market several times over the past 5-10 years--but not any more! My buyers have truly found their home away from home, and could not be happier. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage closed in late may for $369,000.
Another notable sale in Apalachicola was 137 17th St. in Apalachicola's north side historic district. This property too had been on the market for over a year, priced somewhat high because of the condition of the home. And when my Buyers truly thought they had hit a wall, we found an opportunity in this fixer-upper and a good loan to boot! 137 17th St. also closed in late May, for $220,000.
